  Please read through the Terms and Conditions for Pearl Set Studio before purchasing your product. Your purchase of the product is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms which apply to all customers who purchase from Pearl Set Studio.

Cancelling Appointments

-When scheduling your appointment online, there is a £10 deposit. This is redeemed against your final bill.  
-If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 3 hours before your appointment and we can arrange an alternative time. Otherwise, your deposit will be lost and you will be required to pay for another moulding appointment.  

refund policy

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This is due to the bespoke natural of our service and our labour involved. However, we ask that you contact us so that we can find a solution for you, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

repairs

Any old pieces from us needing repairs can be arranged at a fee, (quoted upon request) this can only be guaranteed after an assessment has been made

Terms and conditions

- You adhere to the information and advice given on this website and confirm acknowledgment of the Ts&Cs.
-You ensure your mould is done correctly for a good fitting of your grillz, if an adjustment is required you will be charged a fee.
- In the unlikely event you were to lose your grill, if you swallow your grill, if you break your grill, Pearl Set Studio is not liable, please be responsible and treat your grill with care.
- You confirm to understand a grill is a piece of jewellery and not a dental prosthesis
- You are prepared to attract an abundance of wealth and prosperity once you own your grill. Pearl Set Studios will not be liable if you are reckless with your good fortune.

More ts & cs

- Once you have made your purchase or given a deposit for your grill, that is the green light to go ahead, you will not be able to change the design nor the placement of your grill once we have begun making. Any amendments will likely incur an extra cost and will need to be paid before continuing.
- If your impression is not clear with a visible gum line we cannot proceed.  You will have to purchase another mould kit and follow the instructions clearly for an accurate impression. We can do our job to the best of our ability with a well taken impression.
- If another mould kit is necessary you will be required to cover shipping for this.  
- When returning your mould please ensure that you track your package to avoid losing out as we will not be responsible for any moulds getting lost on the way.
- If you fill out your order form wrong or accidentally select your grill on the wrong tooth/teeth, Pearl Set Studio is not liable for this.
- When we receive your mould we will fit your grill perfectly to this, we cannot guarantee that it will fit perfectly in your mouth without us fitting it in person. If you’re able to come in person we can adjust the fitting of the grill if required. If you are unable to visit us then you may require a dental adhesive like Poligrip. We have found this is the case in 15% of pieces due to the anatomy of the clients teeth.
- We will explain and guide you on the process required for tightening your grill. If you attempt to fit the grill by yourself without guidance from us first, you may make it worse. If this happens we may have difficulty helping you unless you come for a fitting.
- If you break or damage your grill while fitting, this is your responsibilty, grillz are made from precious metal and as such require treatment with care and consideration.  
- If using the customers materials i.e diamonds, gems or other stones we bare no responsibility for their loss or damage.
- Once you receive your piece you must show off your grill with a smile to as many people as possible.
