THE STEPS

**The moulding process is a crucial step when a grill is made, please follow the steps carefully and in the set times required. We have an advanced home mould kit to mould as much detail as possible**

‍Step 1 : Get the impression tray and stand in front of a mirror.
Step 2 : Open 1x Part A and 1x Part B.
Step 3 : Mix Part A and B together with your fingers until one uniform colour. (within 30 secs)
Step 4 : Roll putty into the shape of a sausage and place evenly in the tray.
Step 5 : Place tray in mouth with lip over tray, make sure your teeth are centred over the putty with the tray aligned straight.
Step 6 : Push firmly making sure the tray goes well above the gumline. (Avoid biting down)  
Step 7 : Hold and wait for approximately 3 minutes
Step 8 : Open your mouth and wiggle the tray side to side until released.
Step 9 : Take the syringe, unlock the mechanism by squeezing the sides together.
Step 10 : Steadily squeeze the syringe mix first into the bottom of each tooth you will be ordering. (spend no more than 30 seconds doing this part)
Step 11 : Place tray back into your mouth, and firmly push ensuring all teeth are back in their original place. (Keep pressure applied)  
Step 12 : Hold in position for approx 3 minutes until set.
Step 13 : Open your mouth and wiggle the tray side to side until released.
Step 14: Your mould is complete. Take photo of the mould clearly showing the gum line.
Step 15: Send photo to us via Instagram DM, once we confirm it is acceptable you can send us the mould.

**Once we’ve confirmed your mould is acceptable, send your mould kit back to us with the order form filled out**
