The steps
HOME mould kit
1) First decide on the grill you would like.
2) Order your grill (mould kit included) via our website or through Instagram direct message (kit sent next working day)
3) Receive your mould kit via post
4) Carefully follow the mould kit instructions
5) Fill out order form
6) Send your mould kit back to us with form included
7) With a 50% deposit or full payment we can begin making your grill
8) We will finish your grill within 5-10 working days from receiving your kit
9) You will be notified upon completion with photos of the finished product.
10) With payment made in full, receive your new grill via post.

Mould appointment
1) First decide on the grill you would like
2) Order your grill via our website or through Instagram direct message
3) Book an appointment of your choosing via our website or through instagram dm
4) Come say hi and get your mould taken
5) With a 50% deposit or full payment we will begin making your grill
6) We will finish your grill within 5-10 working days from receiving your mould.
7) You will be notified upon completion with photos of the finished product.
8) Book a collection appointment to finalise any outstanding payment and collect your new grill.

how the process works
Firstly, either order your grill (mould kit included) through our website or message us through Instagram to order. Alternatively, you can book to come for an appointment where we will take your mould directly. If ordering online, once your kit arrives through the post, complete this using the instructions included. Once complete send it back to us with your mould and all the forms filled out. When we receive your mould kit we will message you to confirm.
If you haven’t already purchased from our website, we will require a 50% deposit to begin making the grill of your choosing. We will notify you upon completion and you can either book a collection appointment where any outstanding balance is paid, or we can send you your grill via post upon receiving the full payment. Ordering grillz has never been so easy!
